Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints Provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Manage data and enter/update order information Responsible for the implementation of delivery schedules ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our product.
Confirm orders with customers for delivery, prepare daily manifests for all delivery routes, and optimize transportation routes to maximize route efficiency Recruiter, mentor, and develop customer service representatives
Qualifications:
Proven working experience as a Customer Service Lead or Assistant Lead Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills Previous experience in over-the-phone customer service, sales, billing, or data entry Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Job Type:
Full-time Salary:
$55,000.
