Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our team.
The Inventory Associate will be working in an automotive recycling center, performing inbound & outbound tasks, inventory management and quality control.
Responsibilities:
Follow the processes and documentation for all receiving practices and shipping practices Perform receiving, inspection and processing of inventory materials, parts & supplies Assist in part identification and inventory accuracy tasks Put away inventory in proper storage locations Assist with inventory labeling and organization Assist with physical inventory counts and stock checks Work with the team to pick and pack outbound orders while checking for accuracy Maintain a neat and organized warehouse area Perform other warehousing and inventory tasks assigned by management Report damages and discrepancies to Manager Assist with and learn the auto parts labeling and packing process Carryout the parcel and LTL shipping process and systems
Experience:
- Prior experience in inventory management or related field preferred - Familiarity with forklift operation and data visualization tools - Strong analytical skills for data mining and reporting This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and organizational skills are key.
