Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone/fax/email and ERP system Processing orders daily against established customer requirements.
Accessing customer portals to retrieve PO and order details.
Accurate and detailed data entry into company ERP system.
Ensuring orders are processed within the required lead-time.
Use of shipping software and customer portals to track order details.
Printing order acknowledgements, customer packing slips and carton labels required for product shipment.
BOL creation and scheduling of daily LTL pick-ups.
Communicating with warehouse staff on daily pick-ups and order status.
Monitoring of orders for back-order fulfillment and inventory availability.
Understanding and working within the guidelines of the department procedures and workflow activities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure and in a collaborative environment while having strong attention to detail.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
