Analyze operations of major telecommunications carriers in the areas of high-speed multiservice platforms (including IPTV, VOIP, high-speed data/internet) and propose solutions to improve operational efficiency, reduce cost, and enable rapid enhancement of
services
and offerings. Specific responsibilities include:
Working with a team to understand and analyze business needs and requirements.
Analyzing existing systems and providing integration guidelines and impact assessments.
Producing technical design and architecture documents.
Producing business and technical requirements.
Developing prototypes and proofs-of-concept.
Participating in the development team until the prototype/ proofs-of-concept are fully transitioned to the IT development organization.
Creating user stories, design packages and test cases for Agile project.
East Brunswick, NJ and unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S. as assigned. Travel and work at client sites throughout the US as assigned.
Six (6) months of related information technology experience. Experience must include:
Systems Architecture experience.
Performing successful implementations.
Demonstrated understanding of the theoretical and practical nature of IT systems, operations, networking, and typical issues.
Experience may be gained prior, during, or after completion of advanced degree.
Masters degree (or foreign equivalent) in
computer
Science, Computer
engineering
, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
