The position holder will answer calls from the emergency department and route emergency calls to the sernior management. Receive and take actions as approprirate on all emergency or non emergency calls. Work closely with vendors, accounts payable and store and resolve their questions. Coordinate with store department and all facilities and resolve the matters related to fire and other theft through local authorities. Input the data related to the time in register and help in prepare the payroll data. Dispatch the outside services e.g. pest control, cosmetic waste etc.
