Responsible for identifying changes and modifications to existing software systems and applications; recommending cost-effective feature enhancements to accommodate business user requirements; and adopting latest software technologies and third-party software components to effectively accomplish solutions as defined by the enterprise architecture organization. Coordinate with business users to review and discuss complex business and technical requirements. Work with lead engineers and solution architects to develop end-to-end solution architecture and high-level design documents; provide consultation to individual application development teams; and monitor the software development life cycle (SDLC). Travel and work at unanticipated client sites throughout US as required.
Five (5) experience in systems analysis, design, and telecommunications enterprise solution architecture. Experience must include:
- ESRI, Silverlight, C++, SQL Server technologies, Agile, MVVM, and MVC development methodologies.
- Enhanced Telecom Operations Development Cycle.
- Unified Software Development Process and Methodology.
- Agile Methodology.
- Telecom Service Provider Service Delivery Process.
- Geographical and Location Based Services and Applications.
- Enterprise telecom services, including IP, VPN, BVoIP, and Managed Services.
Masters degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, or a directly related field.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
